I found Dr. Black, searching on line for an alternative to the CPap machine for treatment of sleep apnea. Although a oral Surgeon afliatedwith Lenox Hill, he did not jump immediately to a surgical solution. Instead he fitted a customized bite plate that gently moves my lower jaw forward at night, making adequate space for breathing while sleeping. It WORKED! I mentioned toDr. Black that I knew Sleep apnea is caused most of the time by excessive weight gain and that I was struggling to lose weight. He gave me the name of a nearby nutrition based weight loss program. I went to this place immediately. Now I work out with a trainer 3 X’s a week, follow the strict nutrition program, use the night guard and I have lost 30 lbs. and gained muscle since the start of July. I look 10 years younger and am moving more than I have in 25 years. It was Dr. Black’s help tha has turned everything around.

I had been afraid of getting my wisdom teeth removed for quite some time. Dr. Black and his staff made it as Smooth of a process as possible. The surgery was over quickly and I was given complete instructions around rehabilitation. It has been 5 days since surgery and I am feeling good and my teeth are healing properly.
